The Lillie Florence Jones Sanford Media Center provides University of Alabama students with a leading-edge facility for digital media production.  As a collaborative learning environment, the Center fosters high level creative and productive output and provides for interdisciplinary learning opportunities for all UA students.  The Center’s computers, audio-visual hardware, software, and instruction, allows users to become producers and authors of multimedia content.

The Sanford Media Center was funded through a generous gift from Dr. and Mrs. Arthur R. Taylor Jr., of Demopolis, in memory of her grandmother, Lillie Florence Jones Sanford.
