College can be hard. Fortunately, UA Libraries are here to help. On this page we’ve pulled together some of our outreach services that can help out when you’re in a bind.
It’s not always possible to bring your class or group into the library. The traveling librarian program aims to solve this problem by sending a librarian to your residence hall or building to provide a specialized library session. Please contact Josh Sahib
or Mark Robison
to discuss your needs and schedule a visit.
Are you struggling to find sources for a big research paper? Bring your topic to Gorgas and visit with a librarian for a drop-in research consultation at the Gorgas Information Desk. Librarians are available Monday – Friday, from 8:00 am. – 5:00 p.m.
Lunchtime Discovery Workshops
Every semester Gorgas Information Services holds two series of workshops: one for undergraduates, and one for graduate students and faculty. These workshops will resume in September 2014. Check back here for more information later this summer!
