Attorney.  Born– Birmingham, 1981.  Parents–Michael and Sue Talley. Married– Ann Donaldson, August 15, 2015. Education– University of Alabama, B.A.; Harvard Law School, 2007.  Clerk for U. S. District Judge Scott Coogler; worked for Appeals Court Judge Joel Dubina; speechwriter for Mitt Romney presidential campaign, 2012, and for Senator Robert Portman, 2013-2015; Deputy Solicitor General in the Alabama attorney general’s office; Deputy Assistant Attorney General, U.S. Justice Department Office of Legal Policy.  Member Tuscaloosa Paranormal Research Group.  Semifinalist for the Horror Writers Association Bram Stoker Award, 2011.
