Married–Willie Lee Gilbreath, September 5, 1931.  Children–two.  Education– Georgia Institute of Technology, B.S., 1930. Engineer, Southern Refractories Co., Fort Payne, Ala., 1930-1936; consulting engineer, Fort Payne, 1936-1941; president, Ladd Engineering Associates, 1941. Member– Fort Payne Industrial Board, 1970-1974; Association of Communication Engineers; Consulting Engineers Council; American Society of Civil Engineers.  Died 1978.
